These Terms govern your use of laya-ai.com ("Laya AI").

By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Independent resource

Laya AI is an independent community and developer resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by ConvAI Innovations.

"Laya", related project names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners.

What the site provides

The site publishes and organizes technical information about the Laya ecosystem, including:

• model and checkpoint information;
• installation and development guides;
• GitHub projects and community runtimes;
• benchmark summaries;
• comparisons with related systems such as Jev;
• links to upstream and third-party resources.

The site may change, add, or remove content as the ecosystem evolves.

Accuracy and technical changes

Laya is developing quickly. APIs, package versions, model behavior, benchmark results, and repository status can change.

We try to distinguish:

• upstream claims;
• independent measurements;
• our own synthesis.

However, content may become outdated or contain errors. Always verify critical implementation details against primary sources before production use.

Benchmarks and comparisons

Benchmark results are only meaningful within their test conditions. We do not guarantee that published numbers will reproduce on your data, hardware, prompts, or model versions.

Comparisons are informational and should not be treated as warranties of performance.

External services

The site links to and may embed third-party services and repositories. The Playground can load the official Laya Demo operated by ConvAI Innovations on Hugging Face. We do not control that service and are not responsible for its availability, queue times, security, licensing, model outputs, or content.

Hosted Laya API

The hosted Laya API at api.laya-ai.com and its console at console.laya-ai.com are paid services run by laya-ai.com.

• Prepaid balance. You top up a balance in US dollars. Each successful API call is charged at the price shown in the console when the call is made; failed calls are not charged. Balances do not expire while the service runs.
• Free calls and bonus credit. Free calls and promotional bonus credit have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.
• Refunds. You can ask for a refund of unused paid balance within 30 days of a top-up by writing to us. Bonus credit received with that top-up is removed in proportion to the amount refunded.
• Service. We aim to keep the API available but do not guarantee uptime, latency or the accuracy of model answers. We may change prices with notice in the console; a change never applies to calls already made.
• API keys. Keep your keys secret; you are responsible for usage made with them. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or try to bypass its limits.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site in a way that:

• violates applicable law;
• attempts unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
• intentionally disrupts or degrades the service;
• uses automated traffic at an unreasonable scale;
• misrepresents this site as an official Laya or ConvAI Innovations property.

Intellectual property

Original site design, editorial organization, and original written material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party source code, project names, trademarks, documentation, and linked materials remain subject to their respective licenses and rights.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Laya AI are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the site evolves. The current version will be posted here with an updated date.
